This place specializes in being perfect. The room was amazing, the scenery from the balcony was breathtaking. It seems that everything was just correct. Their rates are in line with their luxury and service. Breakfast was at a table overlooking the Knysna Heads, and the food was just as perfect as everything else. Great staff, great food, great accommodation, great service, great management! Top marks to everyone at Mount Knysna!!!

Great view. Great setup. Great food. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. || John (owner) has the ultimate setup (a beautiful home turned into a luxury hotel) that I wish I could replicate in my life too. || Staff are amazing. Jordan specially took great care of us!!!

An amazing vacation for my husband and I. The hosts John and Chanel, the hotel manager Jordan as well as the whole team were superb. The room was clean with attention to every detail. The views of the heads are spectacular. We had a great new years party at the hotel and once checked in we didn't want to leave. We enjoyed many swims in the sparkling, rim flow pool as well as wining and dining. Jordan went the extra mile to make sure that all our needs were taken care of. We definitely want to return asap!

We didn’t stay at the hotel but it does look Stunning. We had dinner the restaurant. The view at sunset was beautiful. We sat on the terrace by the pool with our drinks and watched the sun disappearing while our meal was being prepared. The restaurant had an open kitchen, the smells coming from the kitchen were fabulous, the chef was superb. Prices very reasonable indeed. Waiting staff, and Jordan very polite, friendly & professional.
